For this Manhattan office building, the client specified white stone cladding for their exterior entryway. This presented a complication because of the freeze-thaw temperatures typical of Manhattan. Very few white stones can hold up in that type of temperature fluctuation. We solved the problem by providing Bianco Delmonico marble cut from blocks into 3cm slabs. We installed the project several years ago and recently visited the site and determined that there was no damage from the weather environment.
We also provided Stellar White marble for the client’s interior lobby countertop.
